John Franklin Stacey

John Franklin Stacey (1859 - 1941) was active/lived in Illinois, California, Maine.  John Stacey is known for Rural landscape and coastal view painting.

A student at the Massachusetts Normal School in Boston, John Stacey then moved to Chicago in 1891. He and his wife, Anna Lee Stacey, then opened a studio there in the Tree Studio building. He was a member of the Chicago Painters and Sculptors and exhibited at the Art Institute of Chicago Annual Exhibitions.
